Confidentiality

Scripts and unreleased ideas are handled as confidential material by default.

Default confidentiality

Everything you send us — the idea, the script, references, budgets and files — is treated as confidential. We do not share it outside the producer and crew working on your brief, and never publish it.

Storage and access

Uploads go to a private storage bucket with no public listing. Access is through short-lived signed links available only to authorised FilmyDistrict team members.

NDAs

We are happy to sign your NDA before or after you submit. Email it to hello@filmydistrict.com with your submission ID.

Retention and deletion

Files are retained for the duration of the engagement. You can request deletion at any time and we will remove uploaded material from storage.

Portfolio use

We never show client work publicly without written permission. Work displayed on this site without an authorised client credit is labelled as concept or representative work.
