Services

FilmyDistrict provides a free producer-reviewed Production Assessment, paid Production Blueprints, and full end-to-end production execution. What you receive is defined by the service you select, as described on the pricing page.

Indicative planning documents

A Production Assessment or Production Blueprint is an indicative planning document, not a guaranteed final production cost. It is prepared from the information you supply and does not constitute a fixed quotation, an offer to contract at those figures, or a guarantee of availability or pricing from third parties.

Your material and ownership

You retain ownership of everything you upload. By submitting you confirm you have the right to share that material with us for the purpose of preparing your Assessment or Blueprint.

The Assessment or Blueprint we prepare is yours, provided for your use in evaluating and commissioning the production — including with another production partner.

Payment and taxes

Fees are payable in advance through our payment provider. Prices are stated on the pricing page and at checkout.

The amount shown is the total amount payable. FilmyDistrict is not GST-registered, so no tax is added at checkout and no tax invoice is issued. A payment receipt is provided for every transaction.

Refunds

Production Assessment and Production Blueprint services are prepared individually for your project and a producer begins work as soon as payment is confirmed. For this reason the fee is non-refundable once payment is completed, including if you change your mind, pause the project or the budget range differs from your expectation.

Duplicate or accidental double payments are returned in full.

If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, the fee is returned in full.

Any refund required by applicable consumer law is honoured.

Delivery and revisions

The 24-hour turnaround promise starts once a complete brief is submitted — for a free Production Assessment, from submission; for a paid Production Blueprint, from successful payment. If your brief is incomplete or we need clarification, the clock starts from your reply. A Production Blueprint includes one clarification request; Blueprint Pro includes one revision or a producer consultation.

Limitations

We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an indicative estimate, or for costs, availability or conditions quoted by third-party vendors, crew or locations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The specific jurisdiction will be confirmed on legal review.
