Services

FilmyDistrict provides producer-prepared production estimates and production plans, and can execute productions end to end. What you receive is defined by the package you purchase, as described on the pricing page.

Indicative estimates

A production estimate is indicative. It is prepared from the information you supply and does not constitute a fixed quotation, an offer to contract at those figures, or a guarantee of availability or pricing from third parties.

Your material and ownership

You retain ownership of everything you upload. By submitting you confirm you have the right to share that material with us for the purpose of preparing the estimate or plan.

The estimate or plan we prepare is provided for your internal use in evaluating and commissioning the production.

Payment

Fees are payable in advance through our payment provider. Prices are stated on the pricing page and at checkout.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery timelines begin once payment is confirmed and we have the information needed to proceed. If we need clarification, the clock starts from your reply. The Production Estimate includes one clarification request; Production Planning includes one revision or a producer consultation.

Limitations

We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an indicative estimate, or for costs, availability or conditions quoted by third-party vendors, crew or locations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction to be confirmed on legal review.
