Refund Policy

Non-refundable fees

Production Assessment and Production Blueprint services are prepared individually for your project and a producer begins work as soon as payment is confirmed. For this reason the fee is non-refundable once payment is completed, including if you change your mind, pause the project or the budget range differs from your expectation.

When money is returned

Duplicate or accidental double payments are returned in full.

If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, the fee is returned in full.

Any refund required by applicable consumer law is honoured.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. A cancellation stops further work but does not entitle you to a refund of an amount already paid.

Estimates and expectations

A budget range that is higher or lower than expected is not grounds for a refund. The estimate reflects real production requirements, not a target number.

How to raise a refund request

Email hello@filmydistrict.com with your project ID and the payment reference. We acknowledge refund requests within three working days.
