01 / THE PLAN BEFORE THE SET

Pre-production

This is where the film becomes executable. We turn the approved creative into people, places, equipment, timings and decisions.

Client approves: Creative route, budget, cast, locations, production design and shoot schedule.
Phase output: A locked production plan the whole unit can work from.

02 / THE SHOOT

The production team runs the set so the creative team can protect the film. Every department works to one schedule and one decision chain.

Client approves: Priority takes, product details, performances and any controlled changes to scope.
Phase output: Secure, organised footage captured against the approved plan.

03 / BUILDING THE FINAL FILM

The footage becomes the film through editorial, sound and finishing. Reviews happen at defined stages so feedback stays useful and controlled.

Client approves: Offline cut, fine cut, sound direction, grade and final online master.
Phase output: Approved masters and derivatives prepared to specification.

04 / THE FINAL FRAME

Delivery is treated as a production stage, not an upload link. Every file is checked, named and organised for the channel it belongs on.

Client approves: Final masters, delivery matrix and completion sign-off.
Phase output: Release-ready files with a clear record of what was delivered.
