How we handle your data and uploaded material.

Draft — pending legal review

This document is a working draft prepared for review by a qualified legal adviser before publication. Last edited: Draft.

Information we collect

When you submit a project we collect your name, company, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, preferred contact method, and everything you tell us about the project — including uploaded files and links.

We also record basic technical information (IP address and timestamps) to prevent abuse and rate-limit submissions.

How we use it

To prepare your production estimate or plan, to contact you about it, to process your payment, and to keep records required for accounting and tax.

We do not sell your information and we do not use your material to train any model.

Uploaded files

Scripts, decks, storyboards, audio and video are stored in private storage. They are never publicly listed and are opened only through short-lived signed links by the producer working on your brief.

Retention and deletion

Submissions and files are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us, and we will delete uploaded files unless we are legally required to retain them.

Third-party services

We use a hosted database and file-storage provider, an email delivery provider for transactional email, and a payment provider for checkout. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never reach our servers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
